  So I was just given the keys to the CC I was invited into and I'm looking for a forum or group of folks to bounce ideas off of to make sure that I'm doing a good job for my club.  We've got 88 players and have placed 9th and 6th in the last couple of clashes, which is great considering how small we are compared to others.  We've got a good mix of tiers and it's a pretty competitive group.  The last owner has been running it for a while and just needed a break...for whatever reason, he thought I was the right guy to take the reigns. :-)

  Any good groups or resources out there for new owners like me?  Thanks!

  friend all your members(88 members 13 friends) if they do not accept boot em, clear out the deadwood so you only have active players, create h/c ,tier, division games to get members involved within the club, create an external website just for starters

  Me thinks that you just found the right spot. Post your questions, put your ideas up for discussion!

  Same in your CC forum: Talk to the people, be positive towards their ideas! And promote some means of verbal communication like TeamSpeak or Skype - it helps with common games and community feelings.
