  I recently purchased an Avatar for my sister who is known a Mommamarg, It cost me 350 credits and I sent it directly to her. It said it was successfully sent and received. However she did not get it. I am out the credits. How nice. I emailed the address that is given but got no response as usual . So what next . I would like my credits back. I play this game every day, and spend considerable money. I do not appreciate the lack of response from the administration. Just grab the cash and run attitude.

  Not defending WGT, but I suspect the weekend crew is a bit sparse.

  Make sure you typed in her WGT name exactly correct, as I too once tried to gift someone an iron set that cost 49 credits and he still hasn't received it. I suppose you should just earn the credits back using free offers. That's what I did and it's only 350 credits (LOL I'd die for another 350 credits). Maybe you could send your sister $3.50!

  Thank you, but her name was typed correctly, and why would I send her the $3.50 , It was I that lost the money, not her. I should be reimbursed for it. There should be some avenue for doing this , I realize this is not a lot of cash but that is hardly the point. What if I had sent her a whole set of clubs and she didn't receive it. Then I would be out a lot of money.  At the same time I sent the Avatar I sent her some balls and she received those , no problem . I will not beat a dead horse now, but this problem should be addressed in the future. As much as I appreciate your replies SgtDoodles , someone from Admin should be replying to this complaint don't you think !   :)
