  Whenever I use the 'get free credits' option on the ipad, which loads a video to earn 2 points, it sort of soft locks and cant do anything else.  I have to use the Home Key and end WGT from the ipad task bar...

  is this something that is fixed on iOS 8 or something ?

  Hi Ma7hiu5. I'm running iOS 10 but I've noticed the video credits on mobile acting differently lately - seems a lot harder to get credits nowadays because of Fyber plugin errors and the notification saying "no videos available". I have not seen the "soft locks" you mention but first I'd try a reset (hold the power and home buttons together until you see the black screen with Apple logo), if that doesn't work then try deleting the WGT app and reinstalling it. Take note of your settings first so you can put them back when you reinstall. When I look up WGT in the app store it says compatibility is iOS 6 and later so you should be ok. Is it possible for you to upgrade to iOS 10?
