    I'm also getting a blue screen trying to play a CC tourney at Pinehurst, will not let me start or submit a problem once I get the blue screen :

    WGT: This is the set-up for the tournament shown above.

    Three other members have all had the same problem.

    As this is a week long tourney it takes up a CC Tourney spot and is unplayable.

    As an aside it is the 110th running of this tournament that is now more than 2 years old in our CC....

    I reported this on the 3rd of the month, but it had been happening a few days before that and I thought it was my fault and so I stripped down the computer and re-set it up again.

     

    I retired 6 years ago, but when I ran my business, the top of my list to customers was communication, communication,  communication,

    Pity thats WGTs last priority.......Unless, IMO you email customer services direct, they have been fine with communicating.......Issues with blue screen is now beyong fookin laughable by the way.

    I have not had blue screen in any WGT events by the way, and my members have not either......Is it just country clubs they dislike, feeling that it is.

    They finally removed the comps I requested from our CC list a few hours ago so at least we can replace some at other courses.  Their lack of feedback regarding the problem is sad but not overly surprising.  You can be sure that if the focus boost or the CC pass pop ups had a problem, it would be resolved in double quick time.

    At the mo we have 4 courses that we are having to omit from our schedule as we have no confidence they won't *** up once set.
