Re: UNPLAYABLE CC CREDIT TOURNEY

    Our CC has a 3 round tourney going on, played at 3 diffrent courses. The first round was fine but the second round being played at Oakmont has a very serious bug. Tee and approach shots are fine but after landing on the green there is no visual from the green. In other words you can't see putting surface most of the time and when you can it is a view from off the green somewhere and you cannot read the breaks or even distinguish the dots. There is no reverse view and in some instances you cannot even see the avatar or the grid.

    I played all nine holes and sent a report from every green to customer service. Haven't received a reply yet, but others have WD because of this issue. I even sent a request to have our credits refunded since this is a credi tourney

    I guess we will have to see if WGT wants to satisfy their clientele.

    Hi Steve,

    Thanks for the post and sorry to hear you are having such an issue with the CC tourneys. I haven't seen this issue come across yet, do you think you could send a screen shot of this to our customer service dept? We are having a few issues with Ready Go and CC tourneys that we are tracking down the issue for where it gives you a blue screen but this one is new to me.

    If you could have your members that played in the tournament send individual requests to our customer service dept at members@worldgolftour.com with their username, tournament ID/Name, and credits spent to enter, CS should have no problem refunding them.

    Thanks ShamWoW for the immediate response. I did recieve the credits back, thanks.

    Now can you clarify for me the reason for taking and sending a screen shot?

    I was under the assumption that when we right clicked on the screen and sent a report to customer service that they would be able to see the screen we right clicked on and would be able to determine from that report what the problem is. I sent more than 12 reports on the 9 holes I played from the screen I was seeing at each of the 9 greens and every putt on the green for those holes. Had I known that we needed to do a screen capture, I would have done 1 for every hole.
