Now that I think of it, the guy who built CB was on TV and said it was built with getting the US Open in mind... I'm almost positive he said most of the grandstands are permanent on the course...wonder why we don't see them if true.
Nice to see lush green grass on WGT, wheras been watching it most today and its an ugly place. The greens, if thats what you call them are reminiscent to my lawn when ive just treat it with lawn sand

I saw an interview where he said the location of grandstands, corporate tents, and other facilities for hosting a major tournament were designed into the course. It doesn't seem like they'd want such structures cluttering up the scenic beauty of the course all the time.
