As someone who is just starting out.. advancing through levels by grinding it out.. can be a challenge.
Without the layout of some cash.. towards purchasing credits.
Thought the idea of the more seasoned players who might have at some point.. bought newer clubs, upgraded.. giving them the opportunity to sell their old equipment (they earn credits) to the newer players (looking to buy on the cheap, so to speak).. might be a good thing.
For a few reasons:
i) Newer players can advance quicker and play more competitively.
Filling in fields.. spots quicker all around.
ii) Creates an opportunity for more community involvement all around.
For example.. fosters new relationships.. and so forth, that could potentially spill over into any number of areas (clubs/country clubs.. recruitment and expansion(s) ... friendships, groups playing together, et al).
iii) Could make it a bi-annual event, quarterly.. whichever and whatever.
And on this note.. if an event, per se.. co-opt time with manufacturers and provide them with an opportunity to showcase/advertise their wares, new and upcoming stuff.. and and.. .
The proverbial.. win-win.. in my book.
Then again.. I am a bit biased.
And.. cheap.
