This one uses a lvl 94 Nike contrary to your theory...he also averages 12ft from pin, and has a very high sand save and scrambling %, most likely doesn't have very many longer putts

This one sets up easy red tee CCT , mostly plays for fun and has a decent game...doubt they ever have a putt over 8ft lol
And many more. They stated that in this topic:

The thread is from 2012, I don't believe their were TL's or Champ greens then...3 pages and 2 posts who seem to indicate they "never" move the marker...at least not 3 yrs ago...
Im sure there is 100s more, feel free to search the forums...
and I'm sure there isn't 100's more TL's with good scoring avgs who putt that way without even doing a search, I'm as sure of that as I am you will never reach 50% 1 putts without developing a better system of putting, it just don't work outside of 6-8ft
Also one of them stated the same as i have felt, that the precision stats makes miss-putting less reliable.
Not true, putters with less accuracy can go in any direction, L, R, Short, Long, they are inaccurate even when your trying to be inaccurate....basically, when you sink a putt you just guessed right, plain and simple....without even looking at your stats if your 1 putt % is over 30% your doing very well.
the best example you could have used is "sebicu", he is only the career money leader, I'm told he "off dings" every shot, drives, approaches, chips, and putts, but even he moves the aim arrow a little bit....
you shot a 27 1st time out...immediately followed by a few 30's, in a CC tournament with an easy setup, so what happened? You can't judge a putter if green is set up to where you can ram every putt home, BUT you can have a lot of fun! LOL
