  I brought a sleeve of the  L61 Nikes yesterday and I'm already down to my last ball, which is nearing death. I I went back over my score history and I didn't play more than 15 rounds of golf. Prob about 3 18 holers but the rest were 9 hole rounds. Is there a glitch with the ball life with this ball?

  I did a count on a ball with 2.5 durability and got 217 hits before the ball was taken out of play. I did not count putts because putts do not count. If you play a practice game and take a mulligan it counts as 2 hits. I don't know the count for lesser durable balls.

  That equals 18x nine holes, 6 per ball. Let's say you score 31 with 12 putts, that's 19 shots per, 6x19 being 114.

  Earlier ball counts of older ball types showed a max of 120 per ball which corresponds well to the above approximation.

  No glitch to me.

  Obviously this subject has been discussed here a great many times. The wgt ball franchise is a reliable, day to day, (actually, moment to moment) cash cow. There is not a single incentive for wgt to mess with it, in any way, other than make it more profitable.

  No glitch like Alosso said.  6 rounds of 9 holes is the normal amount. Soooooo nothing to read her folks.
