  I had 2045 credits just a couple days ago...

  I had not spent ANY from then until now except for 450 when I bought a sleeve of balls today.  It says I have 795 credits now

  SO WHERE are the missing 800 credits....

  Someone look and see where they are and how they were removed.

  I never play any tourney that have a fee, and am working CONSTANTLY to try and build Up credits so I can keep playing.... so 800 credits missing is a BIG deal to me.

  Lets get this corrected and added back in ASAP WGT...

  Look under your "account" tab above "play now"...should tell you where they went.

  th reason is simple. pro, tour pro tournys take forever to come in or to to have 50 players enter a tourny,  me( nowandagain) my last account they disabled my account. i have made about 20 accounts approx, when i first cam into wgt i spent about 160 dollars on here, but now i learned how to make credits via other accounts, THE POINT IS NO 1 SHOULD BE SPENDING MONEY ON HERE, I REFUSE TO, HENCE WGT KEEP GETTING RID OF ME, now if u see some1 winning a 'tour pro' tourny, just think about it ok, there is nothing sinister going on, its just th fact that person has already made master level. This confused me to in th beginning about 3/4 years ago. i wish wgt would explain this . wgt like confusion in case u haven't noticed. I hope u understand me properly about th person being at a higher level yet winning in a lower level. more over about this, if i or any other person enters 'every' ready go tourn for tour pro lev (as an example) u get put up if ur score is better than 60 av. this is there way of control.

  now since i 'won th ready go' (but i didnt they disabled my account) i won all tournys too. thats 8 tournaments won, so for the  person that came in second or third, they still only get second or third, cunning wgt aren't they? they used this excuse to not give extra moneys to th 'new' winners, WGT ARE ALL ABOUT  money not fun.

  OK I see the spot you referenced.

  How do you see your 'running total" of points - I does show what points I earned and what I spent.

  Of course I know the number because I check it daily.

  On July 2nd I had 2045 after I won 150 points in a club tourney. (It shows the 150 point credit) 

  Then it shows 450 credits I spent today for a sleeve of balls.  So I should have 1595 - but it shows I had 795 - so again I need WGT to show me why they deducted 800 points.

  There one day - gone the next.

  It is highly unlikely that you will get an answer to your credits issue here. Send a mail to customer services using the "contact" link at the bottom of the page.
