I am at level 89 and it said I needed 486,988 points to move to level 90. I am at 501,798 and have not been moved to level 90? Is there someting i need to do?

Long term glitch. It'll move up 2 at the next level change or it sometimes rights itself before.
If you want to buy L90 equipment contact CS at the bottom of the page - hopefully they can sort you out. I assume that's the reason, and understand equipment to be the issue when it has happened before (could be wrong, LOL).
