My laptop has been down for the last week, and on the app, it showed the second round lasting from July 5-9. Lo and behold, I get on today and I missed the deadline! What happened?
I think the 2nd round ended on the 8th.
Yeah, I noticed that when I got on the desktop. The app just must have had the dates wrong. Oh well.
