  Hi,

   

  I am new to the game but found myself subjected to serious online abuse by a player called Sheppell from New Zealand.  I cannot repeat what I was called and he only started being abusive when I didn't concede a shot on the green......his abuse continued throughout the game.

  Presuming he lives in New Zealand, if he had lived in the UK his abuse would count as a criminal offence, it was that bad.  It is totally unacceptable and WGT should surely have some way of stopping such abuse.

  Sorry you encountered an abusive player, we certainly want our games and forums to only be respectful and enjoyable places but some people don't know how to do that. 

  In the future if you encounter any abuse in the games text chat or in your private messages, send screenshots of the abuse to customer service.

  At the bottom of any web site page (not including the game client pages) click on Contact and then choose Customer Support.
