Every time i log on now the loading circle hangs on calulating backspin 81%.  I have to clear cache every time i navigate any page on WGT.  If it doesn not hang on 81% it is 54% Reading Lies.  All this because WGT is trying to be clever by adding golfing terms to the loading circle.  But now it is always hit and miss with Maxthon.  YET AGAIN, you have taken a perfectly working button and ruined it, just like other stuff such as camera angles.  WHY meddle with things.  Out of the 10 times i have played recently, i have only had the play now button ONCE.  The only way i can play is to load a tournament from the tournament page instead.  Clearing the cache does not always make it work again!

EDIT:  Well I have just tried Maxthon NITRO the new leaner version of Maxthon.  Worth trying, you get smooth meter and it solves the loading circle issue AND it solves the issue of a small scoresheet you used to get.  Seems like maxthon has solved some of the issues so some blame might be put at Maxthon clouds door rather than WGT for a few things.  It even gives me the sound effects which used to cut away after 1st shot, i have now heard the car horn for first time in background noise!!

Ahem...I think you are forgetting that thousands write in requesting these changes, and these "benefits" are in direct response to that.

Look joking aside they added a dayglo green "Invte Friends" button.  I hardly notice it now or did they tone it down?  I use Maxthon cloud and if I flick around WGT loads the left panel can go missing.  It's a v minor issue, and forgive them for trying to drum up custom as a business.

What I care about is actual game play.  In all honesty the dots for putting here look great, ball flight smooth as and meter always fine.  I realise not all are reporting that, but us that are that part is welcomed (long over due green dots fixed but appreciated).

Cam angles you can mostly work around but some holes (Kiawah 3 comes to mind) that simple approach turns to real hard work, and still guessing (try it and see if care).  Obv who ever was setting the cameras up never realised that the the viewfinder was the bit you looked through, and that's the cams that never got left at the first tee...Mostly you can work around (mini-map cams) it but it easily counts as URGENT on the fix list.

But also in fairness the camera man was slick, convincing and came highly recommended.  The guy looked like he knew what he was doing right:
