  IIRC, these mistakes have come to public attention in the beginning of 2014. At that time, after some repetitions, I came to think that there is no QA in the company.

  For some months now, the mods have been insisting that there IS an actice QA, so I think that the company has eventually activated a holodeck program for their private pleasure and instruction towards public "information".

  As rumour has it, it's but a closed sandbox.
