Re: Cant play ready go

  I signed up for the 18 hole Olympic Ready go this morning. It of course took my 100 credits but after the tournament loads all I get is a gray screen. I've restarted, cleared the cache, cleared the flash cache, tried firefox, maxthon and Internet explorer browsers and nothing helps. Barring canceling the round and losing my 100 credits, i'm not sure what to try next.

  The last four evenings I havent been able to finish an alt shot game because I have had to restart 3 times because of the damn white screen with the exclamation point. 

  I did switch to Windows 10 but everything ran smooth the first few days. I'm ready to give this game up. Way too many bugs.

  How do I get my 100 credits back and when will all of these bugs be fixed. I wont get into my personal opinions about WGT's programming efforts at this point, I just want to be able to play a game without a glitch!

  Have had it happen to me once before but have seen some other threads about the same issue recently so maybe it is happening more often now (facepalm). You will need to forfeit the tourney to be able to play any other WGT game. CS will refund the 100 CR entry fee if you send them an email & just ignore the canned response they will send with it (clear cache, bump your browser, put out the cat & don't forget to turn out the lights).
