  About the same time only 1 year later than the 2010 clubs.

  I have only been playing this game for about 1 month, therefore I do not no when the 2010 clubs came out.

  I can't really remember that well but I think it was around late October-early November.

  They won't change many clubs in my opinion. It all takes time and money. I'd rather they invested in a new course or at least variable pins on each hole.

  Shouldn't take hardly any time at all.

  Outside of the graphics work, it should take all of about 5 minutes, if even that, to add them to the pro shop, etc.  (Graphics work should only take about 1 hour.)
