  I was driving 0n St Andrews #17, the ball bounced once when it landed on fairway, then screen went blanc and i was back on tee position with the message lost ball!!

  1) the game didn't even let me see where my ball went after bouncing on fairway (just before crater in front of bunker)

  2) It would have stayed on fairway, so therefore a bird must have swooped down and stole my ball because there is nowhere to loose ball where it presumably landed

  3) the replay didn't solve anything either, because once the ball landed on fairway on first bounce that went blank as if to finish prematurely

  Loosing balls i don't mind, its part of the game if you bum a shot, but this was a blatent robbing of a new legend ball. Some one needs to start shooting those pesky birds, or better still WGT should refund your ball if its GAME ERROR and not your fault!

  I know how you feel that and other strange things happen when i purchase balls that never happen when i use free balls. i don't think you'll get a responce from WGT if you do they'll say it was not their fault. Beware of WGT ball grabber.

  Sorry this has happened to you. I think it's a 1 time glitch, but just to be sure, did you submit a bug report via right click? This way we could take a look to make sure it won't happen again
