  Hi,

  tierless 200 cr brackets were not set up correctly. The other 3 rounds are ok, but the 3rd round (semis) only has a 16 minute deadline.It's not just one, I entered 5 before I figured this out and all of them are this same way. I couldn't care less about a refund, I just want them to start working properly ;-)

  Now, I play quite fast, but I can't play 18 holes in 16 minutes ;-) Would you kindly forward this info, so this can be fixed.

  Looking into why it is happened with the bracket..  We killed the bracket so new one should start soon.  That should fix the problem.

  Apparently ALL players in the bracket can claim a refund. It's highly unlikely (unless they know already) that a player who lost in the 1st or 2nd round would even ask for a refund, so a very nice money earner these faulty brackets seem to be for WGT.

  gotta say its very suspect that only the rg's end early in this way never know the free plays to do this ...

   

  I have had a ton of issues with rg's over the last month if anything when playing premium games is it to much to ask to have a dedicated sever ?

  Below is a copy of an email that I sent to customer services a couple of days ago, they have replied that they will look into the problem. I'm looking forward to the explanation of why the last four cannot receive the complete prize fund split equally...............

  Hi guys,
  Sadly I'm having to contact you again about broken bracket tournaments. Two 200cr Tierless bracket tournaments have got all 4 semi finalists down as withdrawn. This happened as soon as the semi final round was due to start, the 24hr countdown never even started. The last time this happened, WGT refunded the entry fee of 200cr, which is the least that should have been done.
  The fact that all 4 players were already guaranteed 288cr by reaching the last 4, means that we were without doubt 'short changed'. The prize fund for these brackets is 2880cr each, that means that WGT only paid out 800cr instead of a 2880 prize fund, how is that right ?
  When this happens I'm suggesting to you guys that WGT pays out the entire prize fund, split equally between the 4 players that were unable to play their rounds to complete the tournament, 720cr each. I look forward to your reply, and the 1440cr as suggested.

  I hear you Ade, I wrote something very similar to customer services,  arguing that the four semi finalists should split the total prize fund, sady nothing doing though.
