Ok, nice, new balls, more expensive then MAX and with truvis technology. But what the heck is that and what kind of effect has it on a computergenerated game as wgt is?

AFAIS, it's a new gimmick by Callaway.

For WGT, it's certainly a new promotion contract, making money.

    For us, it's

I'm gonna try them once I get one as a gift.

I had to laugh at the 'scientific' sounding terminology myself!

where you see "truvis technology" --  substitute the words "a striking pattern that makes it hard to ignore"

it's supposed to help you focus on the ball - in WGT maybe the pattern will show up in flight showing the spin ???   Maybe anyone trying the balls out can comment on what they look like in-game

from a performance perspective - I doubt they do anything different to the regular version of the same ball

Haha ya right in real golf it does help medium handicappers concentrate on ball but on here you only concentrate on that little white line......crazy it is

Just for gits and shiggles, I typed in truvis.com and this came up

So far their only partner is Callaway, but you can buy some Srixons with the pattern.

So i come to the next conclusion: a polkadot ball, especially designed so you can see it better fly ( where ever wgt decides in which direction) is more expenxive then the MAX ball , which has a much slower and by me appreciated , meterspeed.

It is also in comparison even more expensive then the best NIKE ball, simply because it dont last as long ( difference of half a dot, 2 against 2,5), so do the math yourself

And we already have loads of balls which we can see better, because they have the after burner technology, the vapor trail

And WGT is laughing theit ar**, sorry behind off, because we are willing to pay for it
