The October Congressional 9 Hole Unlimited Play and October Chambers Bay 9 Hole Single Play cannot charge the full percentage for the tee off. Tried a couple of restarts for Congressional but there's some issue that stop the loading bar, same stuff for Chambers but in this case I had to forfeit from tournament.
