I have signed up for several bracket tourney and instead of getting low or medium winds I am getting high winds. Has anyone else had this problem. It has been going on for a month or so. I contacted WGT but they refused to do anything about it.

Yep. The only round that has the stated wind is the first round. After that, it's a crap shoot.

Are you 2 loking at the conditions via the WGT tourney page? Cause they could be only showing the 1st round condition throughout the tourney.

But I've always found the wind info in the gameclient to be dead on. Now the green speed is another story, but we all know why and how it works by now.

I log-in/play using the game client. I only open wgt.com if I want to check forums, change avatar, etc. I enter everything thru the game client. Gonna try a heavy wind bracket, and see if the last rounds are "low" :-)

Sorry, I highlighted this part cause I'm not sure I follow. Almost sounds like you think the wind should be the same as stated in round 1 in all the other rounds? I could be reading it wrong, cause English is my 3rd language. Just to make sure, you do know that every round has different wind strength and green speeds, right, lol? And that they are stated just above the bracket (gameclient) during the whole time that round is active?

Jure, are you saying that if you sign up for a low wind tourney you may still get a medium or high wind in the same bracket tourney.

Yes. However, if I round 1 hasn't finished, there is nothing anywhere that shows what the wind will be for round 2. The only way to find out, is wait for Rd 2 to begin. Then, it's posted at the top of the little bracket thing.

But that's the same with every multiround tourney there is here, except for the CC ones. When entering the monthly multiround (or the VT), you can never see the conditions for the following rounds, so why would there be anything wrong with the brackets? It's been the same since they started making them.

Of course. When you sign up, you only see what conditions are for round 1. I think the bracket generaton is setup to random, that's why we get the silly numbered green speeds. Kind of a wheel of fortune thing,, lol. It's completely normal to get high winds and 12,9 greens in round 1 and low winds and 7,3 greens in the final.
