  When looking at equipment in the pro shop, do you want more  precision or forgiveness?  I've never understood which is more important.  I told you it was a stupid question.  I'd just like to know.  Thanks!!!

  I will provide a stupid answer because it is what I think. If one is weak as a ding nailer, perhaps it is forgiveness and vice / versa. For myself, I first look at the meter speed that provides me with the most dings. Then I want the most accuracy and pay little attention to forgiveness. It is about meter rhythm for me.  ~ SP ~

  2st ty for the reply.  2nd I'm a hit & miss dinger.  I'd like to try the 60 & 64 degree wedges for Cleveland on the next free rental.  But I don't know how they are different from what I have now.

  I would first find a meter speed you are comfortable with and go from there.

  The entire Cleve family is very proven. Even the initial, lower level entries vastly improve a short game. I have attained the top level set; use the 115 yarder at a certain few venues - carry the 100 yard wand at all times - the 80 yarder most times - the 60 yard gem, I sold back and bought a sleave of cheaper balls. I carry the top level Max 75 yard jobbie almost always and the 50 Max jewel always  ;-}.....the Cleves are really precise.   ~SP~

  I agree with SP...and as I stated earlier, a putter and a cart umbrella are terrible recovery clubs....can't get a lick of backspin with them....in my case, don't make many putts with them either....

  ...and to make matters even worse, I think my umbrella got a hole in the fabric...not even any good when it rains now.....sigh

  Both wedges, the 60 & 64 degree are .5 more for precision then the 1's I  have now.  Don't know if it's worth the $$$.
