    So I am currently at Lvl 25 and I have a WGT Starter plus 10.5 Lvl (2) Driver/Wood and it does a fair job of about 220 to 225 yrds each tee off.

    I am wondering if anyone can rec. a better club for me to buy fto help increase my yardage when I tee off. I have 700 credits so anything between 1k and 700 is perfect for me plus I do have a spider putter, I see in many post peps stress the imporatance of getting a good putter.

    thx,

    Hi mn;

    If you can wait to level 32, that would be the time to get a driver.  Rapture V2-pro driver is good, with excellent distance as well.

    AS infinito said if you can wait the rapture driver he mentioned is quite good. Yes most of us stress getting  good putter and from my experience with the Spider putter, you don't have a good putter. The Anser would be a much better choice.

    Agree with the Rapture.... I had a Spider and found it hard to use, Taylor Made Daytona is very good

    I have had every putter except the Anser.  My first putter upgrade was the Spider.  I found it quite good.  The extra precision offered by the TM Daytona putters is great investment.  However, as you progress in the tiers, the driver is obviously the logical choice, since in my opinion the Spider will suffice for the time being.  The Rapture will still be a great driver even when you get to the master's tees.

    Thanks all....I figure I will wait and deal with the bumps and bruises until I get to Lvl 32 to get the Rapture. I did, however, upgrade my Irons which I kind of forgo about doing so they will keep me busy and quit happy until than...Well that is if I can get use to the much faster meter but when it hits it spot on they are very nice and only 700 credits as well....BUT...Because the meter is pretty fast I do end up in the sand and extra long & deep rough, funny how I don't remember seeing that type of rough when I was playing the same courses earlier. I am sure it must be a special item they added just for little old me and my 1/2 second delay on clicking when I need to....   ;^)

    What a lot of people don't seem to realise is that the longer the club, the smaller the safe area is on the fairway due the angle being smaller. So expect to spend more time in the rough for a while.
