You'll need an avg of 67, but getting there won't necessarily be fast or easy.
1. You can invest in better equipment to speed up the process. Maybe start with rentals for quick appraisals. You can search the forum for equipment recommendations and at level 90 you have lots choices. Better clubs improve performance and slow down the meter speed to get more dings/near dings. Consider using 3 wedges by giving up your hybrid club (you can use punch shots with your fairway wood as a substitute). Choose clubs that have the same (or nearly the same) meter speed to help with your timing.
2. Having the best equipment is not going to suddenly improve your game. Experiment and try some different approaches to improve your stats. A great source of tips is garypinhunters site. If you choose new equipment to work on your game, invest time to get to know each new club's behavior before deciding that it's not working for you.
3. Stick to playing only ranked stroke play rounds/matches and stroke play tournaments (excluding par 3, par 5 courses, and alt games) to get your average moving quickly.
