I have complained on the forum and in Bug messages to out 'illustrious leaders' (not)

Links that won't work stuttering swing meter, Buy but not sell clubs, full Profile won't open and many others, totally ruining the enjoyment of what is without doubt the best, and most realistic, golf game available.

What did I get in return "ABSOLUTELY NOTHING".  No replies on here or to the bug reports....what a way to treat your PAYING members, it is very close to theft.

But now I have fixed it, no thanks to WGT. The problem seems to be with Internet Explorer, Although I was getting excellent transfer speed with IE I have now changed to Google Chrome and all the links are now working.

I'll let you all know if the meter problems have been cured later.

    Thanks for nothing WGT

Well almost all the links some on the MAIN MENU page don't work such as the 'Community' link and one or two others through-out the site but the Shot meter is also much smoother with 'Chrome' making the game more enjoyable so I 'bought' some Callaway balls.

So if your having similar problem try Google Chrome it cured 80% of my complaints

    Charlie,

If you are ever having problems, use the search function (to the right). There is tons of information to be found.

WGT can't fix things that are on your end....

People in the forums don't usually respond to the "Fix your s*** WGT" threads because we see them all the time and it is usually user related.

Glad you got it fixed though........ Happy hitting

@ Soulcatcher....My original complaints were based on poor playability. I had no response from WGT at all so I started to look at other things myself.

Changing to Google Chrome instead of Microsoft Internet Explorer has helped but not cured all the problems, so I let other members know that 'Chrome' worked (in part) for me and could for others. The game should run 'clean' on any of the major internet explorer programs. 'I.E.; 'Chrome';  'Safari' and others if  the programming of WGT is 100%; and we all know it isn't.

Why is it that some members automatically assume that "it's user related".  My problems with WGT; are not user related, they are Beta programming problems, but other than the moderator acknowledging my Blog posts' I have had no contact/replies to my  'Error reports, and a couple of replies thro' the forum pages.

WGT Tour is a Beta, and is still "work in progress" but WGT don't do themselves any favours ignoring Error Reports. I enjoy the game, better with 'Chrome' but WGT would be far better served working on the 'gliches' and errors instead of introducing more courses, energy drinks, and  more golf balls. The Callaway's are great BTW.
