  When checking the VT leaderboards from earlier this year, I am missing some of the best players.

  Notably, the quarterly champions are not in the leaderboards, fmags from Q1,
  poldi from Q2. And where is my friend Tasor, where are the other C tier players?
  Have they all been removed retroactively when they became promoted?

  In the third quarter, there has been at least one C tier tournament, but there are
  no quarterly results shown in the overview. Still, fmags was declared quarterly "Champion tier" winner and competed in the Champion Match against Courtney01 (News from Oct. 15).

  Secret leaderboards? Belated cosmetics? Is this proper treatment of the biggest event in WGT?

   

  Furthermore, for the current quarterly event, it is impossible to look up the past tournament results in opposite to the former quarters. Looks like some incomplete work, "praise QA"!

  WGT didn't think about the new tiers when they programmed the VT leaderboards. The champ tier did not exist when they set up the leaderboards for the year, or for the 3rd quarter, so as TLs tier up to champ they disappear from all leaderboards except the champ leaderboard for this quarter. I was lucky enough to win against Poldi in the 1st quarter playoff, so that result is incorrectly noted too. Doubt anything will be fixed though - easier just to leave it all wrong and try and correct it for next year.

  Having lost the inter-tier playoff to Courtney, I don't think I have much of a Q3 title. Maybe biggest loser, best of the also-rans??? :-)

  The September Chambers Bay Championship C tier leaderboard is there but no C tier third quarter leaderboard. Thus, there's no indication of their results over the three tourneys of the quarter.

  I know what you mean, but it's basically the same thing as far as positions go. With double the prize fund, the major significantly outweighs the results from the other two VT tournaments unless someone performs particularly well in BOTH of the other two (which they didn't in this case). That's why Jo and I ended up in the champ tier playoff, mostly off the back of the first and second place in that major.

  Also, the TL leaderboard must have been altered later.

  Poldi, who fared well with at least 12,000 cr in the 3rd quarter and who finished the quarter as a TL, is not in that listing, and who knows who else has been eliminated in retrospective.
