  north49 that is really frustrating.  This type of crash is usually caused by an out of date flash version in internet explorer or there is an other out of date plug-in/add-on being used.

  Simple solution really just stop using  IE. It is the absolute worst browser to play this game. There are some very good browsers that are much more stable to use to play this game. Comodo Dragon, Comodo Ice Dragon,SRWare Iron, Pale moon 64,Water Fox, Fire Fox and even Google Chrome are all better to play this game than IE. And if you have Windows 10 the new Microsoft Edge browser plays the game better than IE. 

  The only passes I have lost were due to my own stupidity. That is without thinking I restarted an unlimited round forgetting that I would lose my pass if i restarted.
