  *** Update,   found a way to get it working,  

   

  Finally got it to work....   

   

  Luckily I didn't have enough credits to buy now so I clicked buy now and it said not enough credits and opened the proshop along with a way to buy credits.   Closed that window real quick like LOL.

   

  But my inventory page was open like it would before but this time I loaded up all starter gear from driver all the way to the golf ball and it let me save.  woohoo!

   

  Then I unequipped the golf bag,  and then placed all my normal gear in there respective places and was able to save without issue.   Back in business, but now too frustrated to play LOL.

  I found the "work around" thread regarding removing the golf bag, but as soon as I hit save changes I get the unexpected error in the background and a "inventory management" error.

   

  When I click remove item, you can see the unexpected error show up where the game client menu is on the left side.

   

  Here is before I click remove item..you can still see the game client menu on the left.

  Tried 2 other browsers,  clear cookies, cache and history as well.

  This seem to afflict those with stand bags - I know I have seen posts on the issues with these.

  Not only are they useless, they seem to further screw the game

  yes i used different set in bag worked fine but not the 1s i wanted but was able to play

  Yep,  I knew there was an issue with the bags, but can't even unequip the bag since when I do and hit save changes, I get the pop up message error 10114001 thingamajig.

   

  Silly bags they are, I don't even use the slots in the fancy one.  I still just edit the equipment like we did before the bags just out of habit lol.  Thinking of asking Wgt just to remove them from my inventory,  same goes for the notebook.

  Funny I was going to buy one, but was too tight lol. Add to that....as it come blank it would mean I would need to put in the notes.......

   

  and who would trust anything that I had entered.

  I too was having the same issue with trying to replace my putter after the rental had expired,so I tried Haz's "fix" and it worked.....eventually. I don't know how many times he had to go thru all that nonsense just to work around WGT's "bug",but it took me over 2  hours and well over 20 attempts before it finally worked..and honestly,I still couldn't tell you how I did it,exactly.

  I know one thing..it'll be a cold day in hell before I rent another club..free or otherwise.Yeah,it's great to try out new sticks to see how they work for your game,but if doing so is going to cause these kinds of headaches..who needs it?

  And while I'm at it,how about a big round of applause for WGT support,who,it would appear,don't read their own forums and don't work weekends,even though their site...and their cash registers..are open 24/7?

  If it's a free rental,  I'd still probably try some stuff out, but one thing is certain....  after I'm done playing for the day, I'll make sure not to leave a rental club in a slot before I sign off LOL.
