Not everyone that plays WGT regularly has disconnect issues.
Make sure your computer is well maintained, with a minimum of crap on it like cached files, temporary Internet files, cookies, browsing history, download history, hosted app data, autofil form data, and content licenses.
Clean your computer's registry regularly and have no other web pages open other than the WGT game client page.
I play pretty much everyday, usually 18 holes and often 36 (2 18 hole games) holes of multiplayer games I start with just 2 players, and I rarely ever get disconnected. Often the other player gets disconnected or gets a screen freeze and has to reconnect.
I do not play alt shot, match, ready go games or any multiplayer format that can be started by another player, and I clear my browsers (Chrome)various caches between each 18 hole game.
