Tonight I was playing Kiawah #2 on the WGT week 52 18 hole Single play.  Second shot 11 feet short.  I selected pitch 64 d. wedge.  The shot went out of bounds.  Tried it again, making sure I selected the correct club, and the same thing happened.  Third time, I made sure the club selection was correct, but the club in my avatar's hands was my 3 wood.  I couldn't change the club in the avatar's hand by selecting any other club, so I tried closing the window and rebooting.  Got the same thing a couple of times.  Finally, as I was getting ready to forfeit and lose my xp credits, I disconnected the website completely.  When I rebooted, I was able to select the correct club. Something similar happened on #3, when I punched my second shot 66yds with a 56 d wedge, only to come up 44 yards short.  No problems encountered after hole #3.

This cost me 2 Nike L90+ Black Balls, which was not my fault. I would appreciate riembursement for the lost balls.

    Thanks.

I disagree. When I first started here, some type of glitch caused me to hit a ball directly out of bounds. At least I thought it was glitch. Looking back on it now, I think I just wasn't paying attention to what I was I doing and that I accidentally aimed it that way.

Regardless, I contacted WGT immediately and asked them to replace the ball. If i recall correctly, they gave me a whole sleeve of the same ball I hit out of bounds. I thought that was going "above and beyond."

If you want your ball back, it depends who is on duty in the office and what sort of mood they are in.

Or the type of tone a player takes when making the request.  It's always better to approach using a kind and courteous tone.  Cussing CS out and then demanding something, will not get you any good will or the desire to do something for you.

Thanks for the tip.  WGTdbloshoe was kind enough to send me the link, so yes, I did notify CS.  Also, I have received a response that they are reviewing my request.
