THERE IS A 3-4 SECOND DELAY FROM THE TIME I CLICK THE MOUSE TO THE REACTION FROM THE PLAYER ON THE SCREEN. IS THIS JUST MY PC OR COULD IT BE A BUG.
No, not just you. Fortunately it doesn't effect the user performance. I get the same thing. It doesn't happen often, maybe once in a game for me. I have noticed this in peak and non-peak periods.
