       Dear Sirs;

                        Tonight I purchased a set of irons called "Pro-Steele"...was charged I think 450 credits...as yet they do not appear in my bag....I followed all the steps to equip my bag as was instructed...restarted my computer and as yet when I go to look in bag, or check equipment the clubs(irons) are not there.

    Please email support@worldgolftour.com and put "wgticon" in subject and then explain the issue. I will follow up on it tomorrow.

    Try going to My Equipment on the Main Menu and see if the new equipment is there.  You can also edit your bag before you start a round. Be sure to look at your inventory...if the new equipment is there, just add it to your bag and be sure to Save Changes.

    Make sure the purchase went through. Look at your account and make sure the credits were taken.
