    Hello,

Hey, I am fairly new here at WGT and am loving it already. I just thought of a few things that would make the experience even better.

    1. Practice putting greens

    2. Driving Range

    3. The ability to change equiptment on the course, mainly balls

    4. A fix that doesnt allow players to quit on their turn, therefore freezing and not allowing other players to finish the round.

All of these would be great additions to an already great game.

    Thanks

Thanks for the suggestions, we are working on addressing these.  That being said it is highly unlikely that we will enable the ability to change balls in the middle of a round since it is contrary to the standard in the game.

Is there an option to default to the next ball in your equipment list when you run out of balls during a round instead of it defaulting and making you play with the free balls?

If that doesn't make sense, I'll try to explain.

I have 4 different types of balls in my equipment plus the free balls. If I'm using, say a Callaway and run out or lose my last one during a round can I get it to default to say the Tour GI-SD since it is next in line?

OR can I just delete the free balls so it doesn't have a choice?

WGTadmin2 looks to me like you are at least pretty high up in the ranks of WGT by looking at your username.

Has anyone ever thought of trying to get some of the younger generation to play here. Some of them are very, very good with computer skills.

Just think of the possibilty of having tournaments where young meets old.

    Just a thought.

This does not conform to USGA rules and therefore not allowed on here.

Correct SGT Bilko. However the USGA rules state that aplayer has a maximum of 6 minutes to look for a lost ball - where in most cases they are found. Not happening here though to have a percentage, say 30% of time, where the ball is actually retrieved from high grass.

What I am trying to say is that if I have 2 bought balls and lose one in the water, and then later on lose one in the high grass, I would be happy with the stroke and distance penalty but would also appreciate a chance to find the ball back in order to finish my round fully kitted.

    Just a thought.

One other issue.  You should be allowed to select the type of ball to play once the ones that you have been hitting are depleted.  I have several types, but if I lose or use up one, and have none of the same type, the starter ball automatically replaces what I was playing.  A player should have a choice.

The "standard" also allows you to use the ball for however long you want...it doesnt put an 80 swing limit, and then your ball self destructs right after that last swing.

That is pretty funny that your position is the "standard" of the game...

    Hi,

I was not exactly sure if this was a reply to me but I fit into both of these categories. I just turned 25 and recently graduated with a bachelors degree in computer science. I will, for sure, be inviting my other computer nerd buddies to play here as well.
