    I bought these golf balls this morning but now they don't show up in my equipment list - where did they go??

    Check your account detail to make sure the purchase was processed.  On the Main Menu, check My Equipment and the ball should be there.  The only way you can actually use the ball is to equip your bag and save the changes.
