    Why is it that even if you place in the top 50 or so of a tournament, and you win credits, that those credits are not awarded to you. I recently placed and won credits in multiple tournaments but never received my winnings? Any info would help... Thanks

    I looked at the credits were awarded to you on the 19th.  You can check your transaction history to see what credits have been added and from which tournaments.

    Thank you for the timely response!! i was just confused because i previously had 777 credits and it said i had won 825 for one of the tournaments but i hadn't received any, not to mention the credits won in other tournaments. Where do i find my transaction history? thanks again for getting back to me. Great Game!!

    To review your transaction history please click on the Account button located underneath Play  Now on the Profile page. Once you have clicked that, you will be brought to another page. On this new page, look for Transaction History at the top and click on that, this new page should show you all the transaction history for your account.

    You probably won 8.25 cr - there is a faulty pop-up display around.

    It's in your account plus (perhaps) in your mail plus you can check it on the tourney's leaderboard.
