  Hi,

  try a different browser and do following for each. It should fix the problem

  • Clear Browser cache: Click here for instructions.
  • Clear Adobe Flash cache: Click here , and click the "Delete all sites" button in the Settings Manager.

  hi,

  which browsers have you tried? usually the best result is with firefox or chrome.
