    I rented a putter the time expired , now I can not replace with my existing putter ? Any suggestions ??

    This is issue has been plaguing everyone who has accepted a rental over the last few days. If you have access to a smart phone or tablet, download the app and sign in to your account. You will be able to change your equipment normally from here. (Press your profile photo in the top right and then choose Change Equipment at the bottom of the profile box.)

    If you do not have access to a smart phone or tablet, contact customer service using the contact link at the bottom of the page.

    This is issue has been plaguing everyone who has accepted a rental over the last few days.

    Please accept a headup: It has plagued me on June 16, 2015, and others before, ever since the free level-up rental has been introduced.

    Note to self: 231 (days) is "a few" in WGT terminology.
