Every time an alternate shot match ends, the game locks up. When I get back in, it says I forfeited (quit) the match. So much for a great completion rating.

For starters, AS games don't count in that completion % so don't worry about that. Secondly, when the game freezes at the end like that, the team that won sees the other team forfeiting and the losing team sees what you saw. It's all part of the bug. :-)

As soon as the IT shop finishes their Bridge tournament. Apparently, it's quite the nail biter...total focus is required, and no outside distractions are allowed... i.e., complaints about continuing glitches with the golf game.
