Re: cant load a saved game

  i try too load a "saved game" which seems not to exist... AND i dont save this game for sure.. My Browser was crashing and the game was gone...
  
  So for now i cant play anymore, when i click the "PLAY NOW" button - nothing happened - also tthe "play now" button is "grey"

  Any idea what i can do now? Cause now its game over for me.. Another flash bug?

  From your screenshot it looks like you just have to select "RESUME YOUR GAME" and then CONTINUE.

  It is possible that he is trying to resume a game started on mobile. In which case he would get an error message "the game is no longer active". You would get a similar message if you tried to continue a game on mobile that was started on the web.

  However it may be that he just doesn't understand how to continue a saved game. After all he has only been a member for a few days.
