    How do I get rid of the grey arrow thing that pops up over my "play now"......"friends list" area of my profile page ??

    Can it be removed permanently and what is it's purpose anyway ??

    Go to my profile page Tanner, and click on the 'Flash Play Button' link on the right hand side, ( 7th link down ).

    If it replaces the WGT functions in the left tab, it's a Flash issue. Somehow your browser doesn't start Flash by itself, probably due to general security precautions. You might have to look for any allowance prompts or look into the Flash settings (right click at the arrow or at "play now").

    Otherwise, a screen shot would be nice to inspect it.

    Should i disable it or uncheck the "always allowed to run" option ??

    Don't disable it and put a tick in the 'Always allowed to run' box.

    It sounds like he already had that box checked if he's asking should he uncheck it.

    If the tick was already there then the play now area should not be greyed out.
