  For the last two days I have encountered problems with a frozen screen when the game changes holes. Pretty annoying and I am questioning myself as whether I want to continue to play a game that has so may issues  that WGT will not fix.  Constantly losing credits for my club and being booted from a game after being forced to reboot a second time is just wrong. I am not a quitter but this stuff is affecting my games completed rating and making it appear that I quit. Really tired of spending my money on a game that is becoming less and less enjoyable to play. Most of us players spend a lot of time and money on this game. Take some of it and some of the millions you must be making selling advertising and make it enjoyable to play again.

  I'm experiencing the same issue. All of the sudden the game just freezes. I can't even submit a bug report. My only option is to close the game and reboot. It's happeniing almost every hole so I can't even play this sh't anymore. And I've put all of this time, money and effort into the game.

  It's not only me many many others have complained about this freeze. Every fk'n time they have an update I notice more garbage they have added, sounds, graphic garbage that's really unnessesary. I have been in here for over 7 years and it's finally gotten to be such a pain in the ass it isn't fun anymore.

  Haven't been able to finish a game in the past three days.  Can't go two holes without the screen locking up and forcing me to reboot. Sometimes twice on the same hole.  Every so  often it locks me out after the third reboot. Doesn't matter if I'm solo or in a foursum. The reboot is just about as irritating as being forced to sit through 30 seconds of commercials after each reboot.

  I have been having a similar problem with the game freezing up with my avatar frozen at top of the back swing. I am able to submit a problem report while the game is frozen. This happens about once every 9-27 holes played.

  Found that refreshing my browser gets me past the problem. I don't even close the browser, just hit refresh to refresh the current page. However I do not get to see the shot that the game froze on and Replay is not available either.

  WGT    H E L P!!!!!!

  Same problem here too. Contacted WGT and they want me to video the problem and sent it to them so they can see what is happening. How do you video the game in progress, save it and when you don't know when it's going to happen. If anyone knows how to do this please let me know an easy way to do it because I am not a techie.

  Problem:

  Tee off (no prob.), prepare for 2nd shot (curser can not grab backspin button, change clubs, swing, move directional arrow, chat, select shot type, etc.), REBOOT, 2nd shot okay, 3rd shot usually on green (no prob.) 

  What doesn't WGT understand?????????

  i have this problem too but it only happens on the one browser

  the bad news is its on my favourite browser

  think i have found a solution

   

  i deleted the browser then reinstalled

   

  have played 2x9 hole rounds and 2x18 hole rounds since and no freeze ups

  I agree! I just had a frozen screen and I was on hole #8 and I was playing great.This is BS!!!

  I just had this issue.  3rd hole of a match, we were all on the green, then my screen froze.  I had no choice but to close the screen.  What is causing this?
