Well done Jim.  A very well deserved accolade, for one of the nicest guys on WGT.

LMAO. You would appreciate why I keep the red shirt-it was a gift from our mutual friend StrangeMagic. I helped Dick way back in December of 2009 learn to putt. He was so grateful he gifted me the avatar for Christmas. It reminds me of him.

I can't say thank you enough to all of the well wishers here. You all rule.  :-)

Two nights ago my group was searching for a fourth person for our nightly 18 hole Alt Shot game and after hitting the Anyone button, who should show up but none other than YankeeJim...well, I was surprised and quite pleased when he accepted. ( I only knew him from his reputation here in the WGT forum ) I explained to the other two guys in the game (on skype) that Jim was well known in the forum and a very accomplished virtual golfer here on WGT.

All this without even knowing that he had been selected for this 19th Hole spotlight. I gotta say this, if any of you out there have not had the pleasure of hitting with him, don't pass up the opportunity and don't get scared of his Champion status...he still his a human side to his game...LOL

Thanks for the great game, even if it wasn't as tight a match as I would have liked it to be. We all had a lot of fun.

Well done and very well deserved Jim. I haven't been very active lately and missed your due recognition up until just now.  I must say it couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

Also, GL to your beloved Yankees this year, that is as long as they keep their hands off of Danny Salazar, who IMO will be the prize of the Tribes rotation this year. I've had nightmares of seeing him in pinstripes for along time now, and figure eventually he'll land in the Bronx just like CC did when he left Cleveland.  For now though, I'd love to see another year or two out of him before he goes.

Shoot low and keep the faith--- Ed
