    Hey everyone, I only have one account, I've completed surveys and purchased things with Trialpay in the past successfully, but now when I try to even buy an offer I get redirected to a page that says " Unable to connect you to....ect". Any guesses out there? I've played with cookies, hid my i.p., and even tried with internet explorer ( last ditch effort lol).. Any help would be great and I would gladly buy a gift for whoever can help. Thanks

    try refreshing the page (might take a time or two). it's worked for me before when i was having the same issue.

    don't try refreshing pages once you've started a survey though.

    this is happening to me too! I try to load the offer and it says trial pay error loading ughh so frustrating!

    It started Some time Saturday. And I assume that most of Trialpay's support staff is off for the weekend. So hopefully they will have a fix in place sometime tomorrow,  They seem to be back up now. I just tried again and the Ampario 450 credit survey loaded.

    I didn't qualify at that time and tried again and it didn't load again. This is getting frustrating. And I took and completed a Daily survey but didn't get the credits for it. That is twice in a row now not getting credits for the Daily survey that I completed. I had never not gotten the credits due me before.

    I contacted trialpay support and they checked my activity and awarded me the 150 credits for the 2 daily surveys that I completed. But here is the problem. If you successfully complete a daily survey and don't get the credits then most of the other offers will give you an error message like the this one.

    In the e-mail they sent me when they awarded me with the 150 credits for the 2 daily surveys they told me to avoid connection problems avoid clicking on any until any daily survey completed was paid off. So they know about this problem and are either unwilling or unable to fix it. WGT needs to get more involved and get Trialpay to get their act together.

    I'm still having this exact same problem. Any link that doesn't use trialpay works; any link that does gives me an error.

    Not accusing you of anything, but why would you start one of your first posts with that???  Paranoia?
