I was told a diffferent browser may fix my meter problems. I'm using google chrome. Tried to use internet explorer but it asks me my username and password. Just want to be able to login with a different browser. I login via fbook with google chrome. IE wont allow me to use fbook
Just contact Customer Service. Usually pretty good.
May want to look at forums for optimising your experience generally, maybe, by clearing cache etc.

Apparently, Chrome has stored your password - try to find it out there!
I've never had to make use of it but I'd be surprised if there isn't a lost password link when you try to log on. Usually you get a verification code sent to your email address or as SMS to your mobile.
Of course, this is WGT...........
