Accumulated earnings are just a number to brag about, unavailable.
Your earnings are what you have won once upon a time, the CC earnings are the addition of all members' earnings. (edited)

If you create a tournament and add credits to the purse, they go out of your purse - no rake to WGT. If you set up an entry fee, that's being payed for by the participants - 20% rake to WGT.
