  I played a Blitz game earlier in which an opponent named (atky16) made a really great chip in shot. Not to take that away from him, but his other hole scores were pretty low (Hack level), but because of that shot a bonus of 40,000 was given to him. Yet the he went from 32,000 in points up to 168,900 in points.

  Not unless there are some extra points given some how , I do not see how this adds up.

  Best not to worry about it, Blitz scores defy logic. You can play a good round and get beaten because the other player hits a flagstick.

  An Ace will get you the bonus points + double your score for the entire round.  I read it over there ----->  in the FAQ's the other day.  Quite the reward for sinking one. 

   

  Hole in One Bonus/Streak
  • This is the greatest shot in golf, and in Blitz it’s no different. Get a Hole-in-One and you’ll get a 40,000 point bonus and your score for the entire round will be doubled. Get more than one Hole-in-One in a row and you’ll go on a Hole in One Streak, which increases the final score multiplier. This adds to the intrigue of the game, as even the worst of rounds can turned into high scoring ones with a Hole in One. Get one late in the game for the ultimate comeback!

  A player would never have a chance to come from behind and would disconnect more often once they fell behind. They disconnect too much already  as it is.

  Hole in ones are great, and should be duly awarded. But I consider a HIO from the tee box. CTTH or Blitz are usually closer shots anyway, too much compensation in my opinion if I'm close and wedge or pitch a shot in that hits the flag and goes in.

  I'm not big on the RECOVER BONUS .  Hit one in the water, then next shot do good and get a double score.  Guess it goes with what Rusty said. Try to keep everyone in the game.
