In order to sue one must have some kind of standing such as monetary loss. Since there is no requirement to put money into WGT, the op has no standing. On the other hand, if the op were an advertiser and found that the WGT had not been honest in the number of members or amount of times these members would see ads, he might have standing. But the advertisers certainly don't post here so that rules out that possibility. And since the game makes money for the owners (and it is a closely held company so the op can't stage a proxy fight at an owner's meeting) even a threat to leave the game means that the op is pissing into the wind.
