  I just concluded Match play and moved up a Tier to Tour Master, and received my 175 credits. However, I also moved-up a Level from 75 to 76, but didn't receive a club offering as you normally would when moving up levels,... this occurred on April 6, 2016 around 9:00PM Easter time (US). 

  Is it because I moved-up a Tier, I don't receive a club offering at the same time???

  the level 76 cleveland wedge is a no brainer in my opinion....it is well worth the purchase

  However, it's even better after a 10% discount.  Nevertheless, the problem was solved, for whatever reason I received the Level-up offering around 10:35PM.  A little late to try-out the club, I need my sleep-time.  Guess, I'll buy it at the discount price tomorrow morning.

  You can always install the rented club, start a ranked(!) round and save it. Resume this round whenever your want. The rental will continue until you finish or abort this round, now matter how long the pause is.
