I do not understand why there are tournaments that I cannot enter based on my country of residence. I now realize that certain states do not allow skill based gaming or whatever, so how do i overcome this? I can't even join the premium tournaments in my own country club, and im sure there are many others. I tried changig my mailing address to a different state, even tried different countries and I still can't play in premium tournaments. Do I have to change my billing address? Or is this simply a glitch in the system that i cannot overcome?
